Retreat Overview

Our retreat schedules vary and each retreat is thoughtfully planned to accommodate the needs of our participants and provide opportunities for growth and self-discovery.

Here are some examples of our retreat activities:

These are just examples of our retreat activities and the schedule will vary for each weekend or week retreat. Some retreats can also include additional activities such as workshops, individual sessions with wellness practitioners, or creative expression sessions.
