Located in a secluded and serene natural setting, you will be surrounded by towering trees, manicured gardens, and stunning views. This picturesque landscape provides the perfect backdrop for your transformative journey, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature and connect with the present moment.

Over the course of the retreat, you will participate in a range of movement classes, activities and mindfulness practices designed to nurture your body and mind.

Through a variety of movement forms, meditation, and hiking – you will have the opportunity to explore different forms of movement and discover new ways to connect with your body and nature.

Join your host, Kellie and our experienced facilitators while they provide personalized attention and inspiration to help you navigate your transformational journey. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to movement and mindfulness practices, our retreats are designed to accommodate all levels and needs.

At the end of each day, you will unwind in comfortable, spa-like, and cozy accommodations, complete with all the amenities to make your stay memorable and rejuvenating. You will have the opportunity to connect with fellow participants, share experiences and insights, and create meaningful connections.

In addition to movement and mindfulness practices, you will also have the opportunity to nourish your body with healthy, organic meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients. You will enjoy a variety of wholesome and delicious dishes that will energize and revitalize your body. We are sensitive to those with dietary restrictions and offer options to accommodate your needs.

  • Our retreat schedules vary and each retreat is thoughtfully planned to accommodate the needs of our participants and provide opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
